Introduction	Flab to Phab started as a motivator for 3 friends facing their 10 year high school reunion and the realization that 30 is quickly approaching. They wanted to look awesome and be healthy. Mandi thought it would be smart and kind of fun to document the progress. What started out as documenting turned into a tell all blog complete with opinions and realistic views of specific diets, exercise programs and fat burning products. It provides recipes, motivation, thoughts and Vlogs from real women with real lives. With Mandi still heading it we plan to take 2-3 beautiful ladies under our wings every year or so. Please continue to follow us as we move from generation to generation of Phab Girls all shapes, colors, sizes, beliefs and goals from all over. We are all women we all struggle some differently than others but it feels the same! Lets support each other and be inspired by one another!
