Introduction	I enjoy blue sky, the smell left in your hand when you crush fresh rosemary, the hope still left in the world, the feeling of fresh cotton sheets on my skin, romance, chivalry. Simple pleasures. There is no substitute for decent olive oil. I don't wear yellow (=sallow) and pink is my favourite colour. I have a pink toaster and it's fabulous.
