| Introduction | My cyber door's always open. I just wish I could offer you coffee and cake and make this a two-way dialogue! The name Chameliarts hopefully expresses what my blog's about... I'm a bit of a chameleon when it comes to arts and crafty stuff. I'm away with the fairies sticking and gluing, painting and dabbling into the hushed wee hours of most mornings. It's the best time to play with the imagination! I adore artisan-made beads too! They’re my passion. I soooo admire some of the amazing glass bead artisans of today that I am often tempted to buy unique pieces for a particularly special one-off jewellery creation. Debs x |
| Interests | Mixed media, pour painting, creating miniatures for dioramas and dollhouses, antique and silver collectibles, decoupaging furniture... not necessarily in that order! |
| Favorite music | Jazz, Swing (Big Band with Ole Blue Eyes but Jamey Cullen's take on it's cool too), 80's, including anything by the very mwa and scrummy Tony Hadleigh (so we all reach middle age spread eventually). |
| Favorite books | The Road Less Travelled, The Secret, all by EA Poe |
Your people want to make a statue in your honor. What will it be made out of and what victory will it commemorate?
This statue would have to be made of rusting metals, thick textured paint in hues of blue, greys and with a mere hint of green and mauve, burnished fabric, lace and artisan-made glass beads. It will represent the victory of life before death!
