| Introduction | I am a graduate of OHS and lets just say my reunion is fastly approaching. I then pursued my Bachelor's degree at Salem College in Winston-Salem, NC where I was an RA, Chair of the Honor Court, and dancer at Wake Forest University. I later returned to Beaumont after Hurricane Katrina tore up my post-graduate home the week before moving in. I love young adults. My favorite part of teaching is to see my students faces when they reach their "I GOT IT MOMENT". It makes my year when the child that dislikes me the most insist that I take a picture for their senior book or hugs me at graduation, I know then that I have done my job. I have been teaching AP Government and Economics for 4 years now and I am the CO-Drill Team Director for the 2nd year. I tend to be a random person, but I am extremely excitied but once again another group of SENIORS. |
