Introduction	M. Tarwoyouberkowu Gwoah is a respected Agribusiness entrepreneur, ITC consultant, activist, and community leader. He was born and partly raised in Zibay's town, a small community in Grand Gedean County, Liberia. He is happily married to Mrs. Tonieh Alpha Gwoah and they are blessed with five children, three boys and two girl. Tarwoyouberkowu began his primary education in Kuma's town public school before moving to Zwedru, the capital city of Grand Gedean County, to continue his education. He later matriculated to Monrovia, the capital of Liberia, where he pursued his education at the University of Liberia. Unfortunately, due to the 14 years of Civil War in Liberia, he was unable to complete his studies at the institution. Undeterred, Tarwoyouberkowu decided to start all over for his first degree, and he enrolled at Indiana University Purdue University, where he obtained an Associate in Computer Information Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Supervision.
