| Introduction | I am a student of psychology. Psychology teaches me new things every day as I observe the behaviorally manifested thoughts of those around me and as I recognize the thoughts in my own mind. I certainly do not claim to know all that there is to know about psychology and how the human mind works, I think it is dangerous to assume anyone knows it all. Each person is his or her own mess of psychology. If we ever assume we can read people, then we are selling ourselves and those around us short. To assume you can read someone is to focus too hard on one aspect of a person, filtering out all of the unknown stimuli...stimuli which surely gives away who the person really truly is. |
