| Introduction | Raised on a farm in Highgate, Saskatchewan in a French Canadian family of eight. Was ordained an Missionary Oblate priest in 1974. Ministered among the First Nations and Metis in northern Saskatchewan for 30 years. Was ordained archbishop of the Archdiocese of Keewatin-The Pas in 2005. Gives workshops on Addictions Awareness and First Nations ministry. |
