Introduction	This is the story of my fight against the "F" words that have shaped much of my adult life: Fibromyalgia, Fibro Fog, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and Infertility caused by PCOS and hormonal fluctuations. I have also been diagnosed with adult ADD, chronic depression, RLS, carpal tunnel, spinal stenosis, three herniated discs (in lower back and neck), peripheral neuropathy, and Crohn's disease.
