| Introduction | Welcome! I am a twenty something wife, mom of two and full time family practice PA. I am passionate about fitness and nutrition and feel its something with a little encouragement and the right tools ANYONE can achieve. I suffered from depression when i was overworked, had no time to cook healthy meals, no time for exercise. I found those were EXCUSES and decided to take control of my life. I feel better mentally, physically and spiritually and i can attribute that to Beach Body programs. |
