Introduction	I am a design student. I make things to sell and things to wear. My ideal afternoon is spent watching a romantic comedy while I sew a few things together. I am an avid reader and a less enthusiastic painter. I draw nonstop (all over any type of surface that is available for me to press my pen on to).I am also a mother to a 1 year old boy named Benjamin, and he is the love of my life.
Interests	design,shoes,shoe design,painting,drawing,textiles,ikea,sewing,music,reading,benjamin.
Favorite movies	Amelie (of course),Delicatessen,The Science of Sleep,Motorcycle Diaries,City of Lost Children,Pan's Labyrinth,500 days of summer, and mostly anything from Tim Burton or Wes Anderson.
Favorite music	Oh this is impossible to list as it is forever changing. At the moment I am listening to a lot of Passion Pit,Beirut,Belle and Sebastian,Art in Manilla, She & Him, Margot & the nuclear so and so's, Bat for Lashes, and The Boy Least Likely to... if you have any suggestions for me I always appreciate a new band to dance to.
Favorite books	The Bell Jar-Sylvia Plath, A Moveable Feast -Hemingway (this may be the very book that inspired me to try to move overseas), The Dharma Bums- Jack Kerouac, most of Dave Eggers works and David Sedaris as well, Secrets of the Fire King-Kim Edwards and a million more because I spent 4 years working in a bookstore reading things and reviewing them for publishing houses.
