Introduction	I'm a science geek at heart, which is why I decided to become a high school science teacher. I am absolutely fascinated with things like how little electrical impulses working together create a visual tapestry in our brains, or how a little biochemistry works together to create a human being. I just love learning about things, so I embrace my nerdiness! Aside from the so-called "logical" part of me that loves science, I also love to be creative. I am an avid scrap-booking queen and paper crafter, sewer, stitcher, and...well just about anything else that catches my fancy. I work part-time at a major fabric store and I see all the beautiful materials, and I can't help but try to put things together that I like!
