Introduction	Hi Folks! This is Sridevi (Sri). I'm doing my PhD in Immunology in Cleveland. Have been living in the USA since 2006. It definitely has been a different experience! I have been cooking since I was in my early teens. My mom is a working woman, so I came home earlier than she did and was dead hungry by the time I came home! So as many say "Necessity is the mother of invention" :) I had to slowly learn to pick up making small things. I still remember how I started off by making upmas and Maggi instant noodles and such things! Not to boast, but I learnt most of my cooking by observing my mom while she cooked. I used to help her in the kitchen by cutting veggies for her, and doing small things which she asked for when I was a kid. That's how my attachment to the kitchen started and I developed a strong interest in cooking. So here I am now, trying to share my experiences in my style and the way I cook! This blog will focus only on vegetarian dishes.
