Introduction	My name is Tilza, I have a variation of cultures in my blood from Italian, Panamanian, and Chinese. I guess you could say my pallet is accustomed to the unique flavors from around the world. I am not a chef but nothing relaxes me more than coming home and getting inspired in my kitchen and cooking for my husband. Growing up around chefs in my family one would say there is a reason for my passion for cooking but the reality is the one who taught me everything and inspires me everyday is my mother who is until this day the best homemaker I know. This blog is a journal of my everyday dishes and the different inspirations that I have to create recipes. I also would like to use this as an introduction to the cookbook I have been writing for years! I welcome any comments or questions about the foods I post and I especially love giving advice and suggestions on any of your dishes too!
