| Introduction | Dr. Dexter Low and wife Lily Low founded the Latter Rain Church of Malaysia with more than 20 branches throughout the country. Dexter is linked with Cindy Jacobs, Dr. C. Peter Wagner, and the F.M.C.I. (Federation of Ministries and Churches International) under the leadership of apostle Jim Hodges. Dexter did his theological studies in Singapore, Australia and in U.S. Dexter has a Masters Degree from Fuller Theological Seminary, School of World Mission, Doctor of Practical Ministry from Wagner Leadership Institute and holds a Doctorate Degree from Promise Christian University (Th. D.). He has 5 children and 5 grandchildren. |
