Introduction	It has been eight years since I have posted a new blog. I started a church and pastor church administration ministry in 2013 and in 2014 it took off. The last eight years have been consumed with building this ministry, hiring staff, and developing wonderful relationships with hundreds of pastors and church leaders. I retired from Your Church Admin on February 25, 2022 and started a new service titled Minister Tax Prep. In the first few blog posts going forward, I will fill in some of the eight year gap in posts. I am a career minister and a lifelong student. I am an ordained minister in the Assemblies of God. I believe that all of my education and experience have prepared me for what I am doing right now. We have six children and seven grandchildren. Our three youngest children came into our home as special needs foster children and we adopted each one because they were going to be hard to place for adoption and by the time they were ready to go into the adoption pool, our love for them would not let them go.

Favorite books	The Bible, any book on the Civil War, mystery novels, books on progressive & cultural church methodology and Christmas stories.
