| Introduction | Patty Garcia’s career in decorating arts began as a small girl making mud pies on the playground. At fourteen, she accepted her first job in a small bakery in Ensenada, Mexico. Then she moved to Los Angeles where she worked at several bakeries around Southern California where she honed her skills and learned the business moving up from production employee to management and finally she has been teaching the art of cake decorating and gelatin making. |
