Introduction	I'm a native Oregonian who ended up on an island in Alaska. I love it here, but it's definitely not like the "lower 48." I play all kinds of instruments. I started on clarinet, switched to euphonium/baritone horn for a couple of years of marching band and took up percussion somewhere along the way. I love all kinds of percussion, from marching band (bass drum ♥) to concert band. Just about the only thing I haven't gotten into yet is drumset, but that could change. :) And my life is at times brilliant, often a hot mess and never dull. Read on.

Favorite music	Pretty much everything. Particularly if it can be danced to, drummed along with or butchered in karaoke.
