| Introduction | I love to cook and bake. It's almost therapeutic for me. I spend way too much time reading through cookbooks, food related blogs and food essays. I'm currently going through a Culinary Arts program and plan on, sometime in the future (hopefully more near future than distant future), going to Le Cordon Bleu to earn my Patisserie Diploma. |
