| Introduction | I grew up in Seymour, the youngest of Hershell and Nita Hatter's 4 children, and graduated from Seymour High School in 1976. I received my B.S. degree in Elementary Education from North Texas State University and have been teaching at Seymour Elementary since 1988. I'm married to James Rozell, the Project Manager at the Lake Kemp Dam. We have 2 wonderful boys, Blaine and Dillon, and a sweet daughter-in-law, Kate. |
