Interests	I meet my husband David when I was 9 years old and he was 10,we have been together ever since,exploring life together,we married at 16 and 17 with a 10 month old daughter Sonia,it was from that point on I set goals and we started our life together as very young parents.We went on to have two other children Celena and Scott.Over the years David and I enjoyed nature and as both being marathon runners we ran all over New Zealand,then setting more goals we have travelled the world exploring all the off road running trails in Switzerland Austria Belgium Italy,also running marathons in London Turin Hawaii Japan,Spain,as you can see a healthy life style had evolved.Turning vegetarian and a interest in a raw diet followed,hence the new adventure into Raw Cooking.After experimenting with raw desserts and getting some great comments from friends,I thought why not start a blog and share what we are doing,I say we as like always my man is beside me.
