Introduction	As it relates, I have suffered from IBS-C for years. I have never been good at properly taking care of my health. I know what I have to do, and that is quit cheese. At least for a good while, before I can start to have it as an occasional treat. I have been a cheese addict my whole life, so wish me luck!
