| Introduction | Avatar is my service dog at the ACPT, where she helped in the judging room. I'm reluctantly retired, due to my MS and its ever-changing symptoms . I try to keep up with the NYTimes daily crosswords, but other priorities keep getting in the way! I spend lots of time (daily) continuing the training of my excellent Assistance Dog. I was able to get her thanks to MANY people, including the VFW Post #1807 in Leominster, MA, the inmates and staff at MCI Concord Correctional Facility, a wonderful family of puppy raisers, the staff and trainers at NEADS Dogs for Deaf and Disabled Americans in Princeton, MA, and the very generous support of my family, friends, and especially Rex Parker and his wonderful readers! |
