Introduction	Hey all Im the Horse, I turned 44 last year and this is my blog. Its a bit of a mixed bag depending on whats going on in my life. But I am proud to say that a lot of what I have posted here is about the real me, and the mental illness that challenges my every day. I have tried to be as real as I can to let you the reader know your not alone. Mental illness is hard work and we all feel a little better when someone shares the journey with us. Please don't feel pressured to leave a message, just the fact you dropped by makes my day.
