Introduction	I am a wife, mother, daughter, friend and christian. I grew up in a small town near Lubbock, and still live nearby. My family came to Texas in the 1860's and settled outside Lorenzo over 100 years ago. My family has been farmers for as far back as any of us can remember. I love where I come from though I have no talent when it comes to growing anything. It made me who I am, and I'm grateful for it.
Interests	Reading, knitting, soccer, politics, and anything the kids are into.
Favorite movies	Shaun of the Dead, Young Frankenstein, Spaceballs. Anything that will make me laugh. PS I Love You is a good one I've seen recently--though there was nothing funny about it.
Favorite music	Nearly anything, but I love punk rock (the Ramones and The Clash). Kari Jobe has a beautiful voice and I like Stephen Curtis Chapman.
Favorite books	War and Peace (yes I've read it), anything by Jane Austen, Atlas Shrugged, Sookie Stackhouse Novels, The Brothers Karamazov until I got tired of how depressed the writer was. Sherlock Holmes mysteries. The More Than Complete Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.
