| Introduction | Fifteen years as an independent software instructor, I began corporate training in 1997 for a local consulting company instructing all levels of Microsoft Windows 95 and Office 95. Since then, I have served as a freelance software instructor for corporations, small businesses, academic institutions, non-profit organizations and individuals on every version of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows, as well as various other applications. I have a passion for connecting with each user, helping them to truly learn and understand how the technology works, presenting real world analogies and explaining technical terms in a simple everyday language. From the full range of Microsoft’s Windows and Office suite to Apple’s Mac OS and iOS, I am a seasoned presenter with a wide range of experience delivering professional training with a personal touch. |
