| Introduction | I am a full time student working on a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing degree. I also work full time as a nurse extern at a Phoenix hospital. I have always been aware of my energy usage and somewhat of an animal activist. A year ago I became ill and started researching what lifestyle choices I could make to benefit my health. I started by looking into a vegetarian diet. I discovered not only many health benefits but also environmental benefits to this type of diet.
