Favorite moviesNo particular order: Steel Magnolias, 50 First Dates, The Princess Bride, Dirty Dancing, Grease,Drop Dead Fred, Hope Floats, Elizabethtown, Crash (this has to be a "must watch" for everyone),Freedom Writers, Gone with the Wind, The documentary "Outfoxed" (a must see for those that don't sit on the arse all day and watch FOX News....the fair and balanced news program...hahahhaa!), The Chronicles of Narnia: The Witch, The Lion, and The Wardrobe, Most of the 80s Movies like The Breakfast Club, Sixteen Candles and so forth, RENT, My Fair Lady, Sabrina (both versions), Breakfast at Tiffany's, Top Gun, Frequency, The Graduate, Do The Right Thing, The Break Up, The DaVinci Code, Indian Jones movies, Chinatown, A Christmas Story, The Princess Bride, Impromptu, Always, Raising Arizona, Empire Records, Goonies, Garden State, Million Dollar Baby, The Last Of The Mohicans (need to read it as well!), Legend, Age of Innocence, Fried Green Tomatoes, The Big Lebowski, Steel Magnolias, When Harry Met Sally, Sleepless in Seattle, You've Got Mail, Spanglish, How to Lose A Guy in 10 Days, Sleeping Beauty, 50 First Dates
Favorite musicMany different genres... Mostly in the car I listen to NPR - other than that I channel surf. Not particularly fond of the "Top 40" or whatever. I like the jam band, Widespread Panic, Paramore, John Mayer, Dave Matthews, and who knows...I go through phases of what I like.
Favorite booksIn no particular order: DaVinci Code, Paradise Lost, Ishmael by Daniel Quinn, anything by Jane Austen, Ethan Frome, Age of Innocence, The Little Prince, Hamlet, Romeo and Juliet, A Wrinkle in Time, Memoirs of a Geisha, The Giving Tree, The Devil Wears Prada, To Kill A Mockingbird, Any Arthurian Legend, The Notebook, Marianne, The Heart Is A Lonely Hunter, The Short Happy Life of Francis Macomber, Gone with the Wind, Great Gatsby, James Patterson's Alex Cross series, The Picture of Dorian Gray, Twilight, Eclipse, New Moon, Breaking Dawn, most of the classic novels, any Norton Anthology book, and many many more! I've got a "To Read and Buy" list that would frighten you!! Extremely long!! Hey! I majored in English and Library Science....the list could seriously go on and on and on....
