About me

Introduction I'm a triplet raising, country living, animal loving mom who lives on a farm with my husband Todd in southwest Idaho, along with our dogs Pete and Sam, a cat named Larry, horses that don't get rode much anymore and a chicken coop full of hens. I went from working full time to becoming a "stay at home" mom upon hearing the surprising news that I was expecting triplets. My daily duties include but not limited to: shooting coyotes, roping calves (when I'm lucky), running tractor, driving truck, herding chickens, yard mowing, tending to the garden, creative cooking and most importantly keeping my babies fed and happy. Our lives were forever changed by the blessed surprise of our triplets, who we welcomed into this world in September of 2010. They are healthy, happy, beautiful, oh so smart and my reason for being. They give my life purpose. We live in the Owyhee desert, surrounded by mountains and the Snake River, at the site of the largest massacre of settlers on the Oregon Trail. The Wild West is still alive here...and we're raising our one year old triplets - Paige, Jack and Libby, in the middle of it all!
