Introduction REGARDED BY FRIENDS AS: A mosaic of quirky contrasts: C& W honky-tonk & WS Merwyn; Van Halen & Renaissance motets. DREAM JOB: Cabin boy to riverboat captain Mark Twain - drift the Mississippi on days off, poling past splash of lazy slow-rolling steamboats. Til that job comes along complete with time machine I'll manage masquerading as servile corporate IT lackey. BY DAY/BY NIGHT: Servile corporate IT lackey by day. By night, 'Comicus, Stand-Up Philospher' in Mel Brooks' "History of the World, Part I". Stand-Up Philospher during daylight hours, too. Almost all the time, actually. my job: Gainfully masquerading (economically) as a servile corporate IT lackey. Amuses me while it feeds me. Quite a show, much fun and it pays the bills. my ethnicity: Caucasian Heinz-57 mutt mix, mostly German-Irish. Which makes for interesting interior conflicts come time to choose between Duty and Pleasure. Duty wins out usually, not always (22 human chromosomes at work-play, wiggles the moral compass a bit).

The squish of mud between your toes; how would you live your life as a frog?

As a frog I would do favored froggie things: Thai/Indian food on lily pads, watch cobalt blue bugs, croak at Texas courthouse dances, hop a predawn workout, dress up like an English rennie fair frog, have 10 year olds carry me pocket to air/car shows, hang out at pond w/unpretentious smart frogs, burribbit some sassy repartee, do Lindy Hop
