About me

Introduction	I'm a 29-year-old American teacher, and longtime friend and visitor to the Tibetan refugee community located in Dharamsala, India, home to His Holiness the Dalai Lama. During my four extended stays in the community I always dreamed about the opportunity to stay longer and accomplish something great that would allow me to repay the incredible gifts I've received from the Tibetan culture and community. Finally, my prayers were answered... in the form of soccer. I was born in raised in Normandy Beach, NJ, and have lived and taught in Chiang Mai, Thailand; Atlanta, Georgia; and Willits, California. My husband is Tomer Woelz, also a teacher, and my companion on this journey. We met 6 years ago in Dharamsala ;)
