| Introduction | Crystal is a former nanny and surrogate mother. She holds a degree in Applied Behavioral Science and has worked with families as a doula for more than 5 years. Her unique skillset has given Crystal an innate sense of understanding the children she cares for, and peaked her interest in ensuring that the environment a child grows up in is beneficial to the future physical and mental health of the individual. She operates her pregnancy and new family wellness coaching with a unique emphasis on the mental function of infants and parents, and how to best prepare a child for future relationships with others and the Earth. When she isn't trying to make the world a better place for moms and babies, she is holding down utter chaos and trying to remember where she put her car keys. Her three children, dog, and bunny keep her very busy. Her mental health journey keeps her on her toes! |
