| Introduction | I'm a "Conservative Democrat," says my test but I really don't know. I do know what I like and I vote for whoever I think is the best fit for the role, being Democratic or Republican. It's whoever I think will get the job done better. I don't really get into political discussions, I'm more of like I don't need anyone trying to change who I should vote for or who I should support. On another note, I got my voters regristration card the same day that voting began on my birthday, my 2008 Presidential vote did go to Hillary Clinton even though it was very tough to decide between said and Obama. Influences are my family who tell me to vote for who and what I beleive in, to follow my thoughts and heart. This class I hope, will help me understand better what's going on in todays government, not be dumbfounded when it comes to elections and voting. Current event quiz 29% better of the general public. Civics quiz 48.48% and average for January was 73.5%. So I do want to learn more about the United States Government to help me throughout life with my future business decision making. |
