Introduction	My name is Laura and I am currently studying through NASM to pursue my career as a certified personal trainer. I began playing sports at a pretty young age. You name it, I played it. At the age of 8 I began to focus on volleyball because I loved it! I played for AJV for years, competed in the junior Olmpics and won MVP 7th, 8th, and 9th grade on my school volleyball teams. Growing up playing sports allowed me to appreciate the importance of living an active, healthy lifestyle. After my freshman year of highschool I decided to stop playing sports and became more interested in the importance of training. I joined Gold's Gym and have been a member for 8 years. Everyday I learn something new about fitness and I love it. I will continue to pursue this profession as a trainer to help motivate, and encourage others to develop a love for an active lifestyle like I have! As for my personal life- I live for my Faith, Family, friends, and my wonderful boyfriend. God has blessed me with amazing people in my life and I am so grateful for that. I work two jobs, and workout 6 days a week. I wouldn't have it any other way :)
