| Introduction | Hello, everyone! My name is Sarah Sullivan and I am a junior at Fordham College Rose Hill. I was born and raised in the Bronx. I attended Dominican Academy, which is an all-girl high school in Manhattan. At Fordham, I am double majoring in History and Medieval Studies and minoring in Irish Studies. I am also a member of the Honors Program. In addition to being a student ambassador for the Admissions Office, I am a member of the Honors Mentoring Program, the Honors Activity Board, the Gaelic Society, an Irish Dance Club and the Fordham Undergraduate Research Journal. Off campus, I have had two internships; one was on a Campaign for City Council and the other, which is still ongoing, is with the American Irish Historical Society. This year I was one of the two Fordham University’s Institute of Irish Studies Language Scholarship Recipients. This enabled me to study abroad at the National University of Ireland, Galway in the summer of 2010.
