After a ten year absence from the world of comic books, I find myself entering the local stores once more. It's sort of like coming home, but it's also sort of like trying to go back to an old lover. You're not quite sure the sex is going to be as good as you remember. Anyway, right now i'm digging my old flame, The Legion of Superheroes. The multiple reboots have made hopping back into the sack with this series a chore, but I think i've got things sorted now. I'm digging Thor too, along with a few other series' I used to read but lost track of. You're going to find reviews of old and new comics alike here, and I certainly hope that's all right. They're all new to me, afterall! ...wait, the original Invisible Kid is dead?!! |
