Introduction	Aside from journaling about my life, I like to focus on topics that matter and can make a difference, even if it is just helping myself and others think about things in a new way. Walking by faith is how I aim to live my life, but it is something that takes more conscious thought than closing my eyes. So I write. I am married to the love of my life and together we have four kids ages 9, 6, 3, and 1. I have my master's in social work and I am proud of my Catholic faith. Among other things, I love staying active, the beach, and all Missouri sports.
