| Introduction | Was born in the Year Zero in Preah Neth Preah district of Battambang province when the whole family was evacuated to, Mr. Loek Sothea has successfully completed Master Degree in Animal Production, Environment, Hygiene and Quality from French University of Francois Rabelais of Tours. He has two bachelors degrees in Animal Health and Productions from Royal University of Agriculture since 2002 and Physics Sciences from Royal University of Phnom Penh since year 2000. Mr. Loek Sothea can speak fluently French and English. He likes playing chess and listening to all types of music ranged from folk music to modern one. He always spends most of his free time to read and compose poems and folk tales. He is an adept computer user and a quick learner. He has proven excellent records in writing reports and facilitating capacity building workshops and trainings in animal productions, DRR and research methodology. Furthermore, his natural endowed presentation in an organized and memorable way gives, anyways, inputs into his interpersonal communication and presentation skills. |
