| Introduction | I suppose you would call me an Old Fogey. I seem to be turning into a grumpy old man. I used to be a lecturer in the F.E. Sector but decided on a change when people started demanding that every ten minutes of every lesson must have a written plan and colleagues had to live in fear of the so called "Quality Department". The change was to buy and run a village post office. However, shortly after buying it the Post Office closed it down. Wanting to avoid being on benefits for the rest of my life (not much call for 60 yr old lecturers unless you teach Health and Social Care) I thought of turnig the family home into a Bed & Breakfast.
