"Ginger & Spice....and all things nice!" is about my love affair with all these things and my life on the Island of the Gods, Bali. Why choose the name Ginger and Spice? I am Kate, a fiery redhead originally from Scotland, known as Ginger to some of my nearest and dearest! I love everything ginger, the color, the flavor and it's magical healing powers. I consume it almost daily in the fresh juices I drink and the food I eat and surround myself with beautiful things that color. Spice represents the flavors I cook with and can't live without, the food that surrounds me here in South East Asia and also my passion for life.
