Introduction	I'm just Joe average, been through a shit time of late after being diagnosed bipolar. I've suffered but no more than most people do at some point in their lives. Whilst at my worst I wrote....I found that I couldn't talk about my feelings openly but boy could I express myself on paper. This Blog is basically for my own entertainment, an outlet for my songs and poems and daily cynical musings.
