Introduction	Consumer Rights Mission is dedicated to empower and further the cause of consumers. We protect consumer interests and help product / service owners to improve their offerings... We aim to provide hassle-free solution to consumer problems in 30days and strive to achieve 100% success rate and in doing that we have been fairly successful so far. We see the following as the key objectives of our mission. -- Create a database of consumer related matters. -- Data mining and in-depth analysis of consumer complaints. -- Drawing attention of competent authorities to consumer issues. -- Aligning regulatory authorities with citizen charter. All this calls for unrelenting and untiring spirit, to put a full-stop to consumer problems and that is primarily we are out to achieve.
