| Introduction | Hi, My name is Jillian and I've started this blog at the behest of my sister and family to chronicle my health journey. Among the most frustrating of my symptoms is severely dry itchy skin, not just psoriasis but an insatiable scratch-your-skin-off type itch that I have yet to find a cure for! I will continue to update on nutrition, health and skin remedies in an effort to end the itch annd to overall improve my health (maybe my husbands also) and cut out some of the harmful chemicals in our food and everyday products. |
