Introduction	The art of letter writing is a dying art form. My grandparents still believe in writing letters as a way of communicating. They do not blog, email, or even own a computer. In order to stay connected with my Baci and Dziadziu (Polish grandparents) who live on the other side of the country, we write weekly letters to one another. In particular, we share recipes and craft projects we've created. Dear Baci is a collection of our pen pal correspondences.
