About me

Industry Museums or Libraries
Occupation Collections Management Fellow
Location Shelburne, Vermont, United States
Introduction What do you do for the museum? I’m one of Shelburne Museum’s two-year Collections Management Fellows. While my main task at the museum is entering catalog information into the collection’s electronic database, my favorite duty is taking photographs of new acquisitions and objects in our collection. I also get to help with installs and de-installs of exhibits, museum building deep-cleans, and any surprises that occur while caring for our HUGE collection!
What do you do for fun? I love dancing and I have a slight obsession with trashy pop music. I also enjoy listening to the radio and story-telling podcasts while driving around New England. When not working, dancing, or driving, I enjoy taking photographs and could get lost with a camera for hours.
Dream vacation destination? Greece. While relaxing on a patio and taking in views of the bright blue water I will eat copious amounts of avgolemono soup, pita bread, and Anthotyros (cheese). Did I mention I love cheese?
Guilty pleasure? Celebrity gossip, home decorating television shows, Ben and Jerry’s Half-Baked
Describe yourself in one word Sparkles.
