About me

Introduction	I am a guy who loves to cook. But I did not start to cook up until four years ago. Till then I had not set foot in the kitchen. Then I got married and my wife had no kitchen skills either. So, it was either take outs, dining out or eating chips for dinner. And that can dent your wallet after a while and is also unhealthy! So, I decided to try to cook, first by following published recipes line by line, and then by using my imagination. Of course it was not perfect at the beginning. But little by little I started to get good results. Once you start to cook, you love it. It is something really rewarding.
