Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?
Flexibility, because if you can work with whatever it is that presents itself to you, then you can enjoy life, instead of snapping and breaking. Besides, if you continue to expand the wrong way, you won't be ABLE to flex your muscles to touch your toes anymore.
