Introduction	I earned my PhD in the Interdisciplinary Areas of Management, and served in a Fulbright-Hays Fellowship in Malaysia, where I advised faculty in the teaching of entrepreneurship, specifically franchising. Since Malaysia, I've dedicated large parts of my career to teaching and researching in international business, strategy and decision making, sustainability, organizational theory and behavior, NGO management,and social entrepreneurship.
