| Introduction | Hello, I am currently 24 years young, i have a wife named polly whom I've been with for 10 years now, WOW! a whole decade goes by quick, we have 2 kids, Adryana she is 5 and Ashton he is 5 months old. I am in the Navy have been in for 6 years, my job is a FireFighter i fight fires and save lives which i enjoy very much. My job is to stay fit because peoples lives depend on my fitness so i must stay in shape that is why i started this blog was to try and review workout products for different companies so i can spread the word to my colleagues and fellow shipmates. |
