| Introduction | I'm a country girl at heart but some people may be surprised by that! I can be comfortable in about any situation. I have been through a lot of rough stuff in the past years, but through my brokeness, God held me close and carried me when I couldn't stand on my own. The little sliver of the "rock" of God's promises that I was stood on in the past has now grown and is a boulder! I'm on fire for God and sharing my story is part of the reason for this blog...through my trials, His light shines so bright and that does NOT need to be covered up! He has fulfilled His promises to me and restored all that was lost in such a dramatic fashion that even I am amazed on some days to see how He answered my prayers! By giving me such sweet second chances, His love and grace for me has brought me such joy. Thanks for following me on this journey and more importantly, thanks for the prayers, encouragement, and for always believing that our God REIGNS! |
| Interests | Spending time developing my relationship with God and my spiritual walk; Spending time with my sweet husband and step-son and soon-to-be baby, who are God's precious gifts to me; Barrel racing; reading; skiing; spending time and laughing with my wonderful girl friends; and of course animals and anything involving vet medicine and growing my knowledge of my profession |

| Favorite Books | The Bible--hands down! But, I am an avid reader and am always reading anything and everything that is recommended to me. |
