| Introduction | I'm an American who lives in England and have nationality in both countries which suits me as I've never felt like I completely belong to any particular culture. My life has dramatically changed about every ten years and one of my hobbies has been to watch the patterns that rise up and down and wonder what it all means. Maybe it will provide fodder to write about someday. Maybe it has just been for the purpose of keeping me entertained. At different times in my life, I've picked up and used a phrase often enough it becomes what I'm known for. Lately, I seem to be saying "Carry on". And so I shall. |
